Lawyers for two Sydney bikies say New South Wales consorting laws breach Australia's international human rights obligations.
A constitutional challenge against the state's new consorting laws has been heard for the first time today.
In a brief hearing at the Supreme Court, lawyers for Nomads bikies Sleiman Tajjour and Justin Hawthorne have advised two more people are planning to join the fight.
