The Federal Court has handed down its judgment in Postorino v Track ‘N’ Find [2012] FMCA 342 (24 April 2012), following is a catchword summary:

The Court also ordered that:

(1) Orders 1 and 2 of the court’s orders of 29 October 2010 be set aside under r.16.05(2)(a) of the Federal Magistrates Court Rules 2001 (Cth).
