Apple given access to Samsung products

Tech giant Apple has been given access to several of Samsung’s unreleased products according to a ruling from a US Federal judge.

According to Boy Genius Report, the ruling was made due to an ongoing suit between Apple and Samsung regarding patents and trademarks.

“Apple has demonstrated good cause for some, limited expedited discovery,” said San Jose Federal judge Lucy Koh, according to the publication.
