Money helps to resolve unfair dismissal cases

An article in smh.com.au, reports that three-quarters of unfair dismissal cases resolved by conciliation under the new Fair Work law have involved payouts.
A total of 979 cases, or 75 per cent of all unfair dismissals dealt with by a Fair Work Australia conciliator, involved money paid to the dismissed worker.
