Call to sterilise parents who abuse kids

Former Victorian Obudsman has stated that parents with abusive history towards their children should be forced to undergo sterilisation, as extreme as it may sounds he believes that the Victorian laws and system to protect children are failing.

An article in ninemsn news claims:

"Norman Geschke, who between 1980 and 1994 wrote several reports harsh to child protection services, says the systemic failings of state care in Victoria has forced him to speak out again."
