Tim Berners-Lee, the man credited with inventing the world wide web, has warned of the new laws being introduced across the globe.

There has been a number of laws trying to give governments and Internet service providers (ISPs) the right and the duty to disconnect people.

Currently laws have been introduced and passed in countries such as France, England and United States.

These laws could be coming to Australia.
