The Competition and Consumer Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Competition and Consumer Legislation Amendment (Horticulture and Oil Industry Codes) Regulations 2025 (Cth). 

Competition and Consumer Legislation Amendment (Horticulture and Oil Industry Codes) Regulations 2025

The Regulations amend the industry codes set out in the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes—Horticulture) Regulations 2017 (Cth) (Horticulture Code) and the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes—Oil) Regulations 2017 (Cth) (Oil Code), to confer the functions of the mediation adviser in the Horticulture Code and the functions of the dispute resolution adviser in the Oil Code on the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO). The Regulations form part of wider Government reform to strengthen access to justice for small businesses.

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Competition and Consumer Service current to 7 March 2025. (NB: Subscription required).
