The Intellectual Property Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Resale Royalty Right for Visual Artists Amendment (Reciprocating Countries) Regulations 2025 (Cth).

Resale Royalty Right for Visual Artists Amendment (Reciprocating Countries) Regulations 2025

The purpose of these Regulations is to amend the Resale Royalty Right for Visual Artists Regulations 2021 (Cth) to prescribe nine additional eligible countries into international reciprocal arrangements for the purposes of paragraph 14(1)(c) of the Resale Royalty Right for Visual Artists Act 2009 (Cth).

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Intellectual Property Service current to 25 February 2025. (NB: Subscription required).
