Social Security Point-in-Time Service Updates

The Social Security Point-in-Time Service has been updated to include the Social Security Legislation Amendment (Technical Changes) Act 2025 (Cth) (Act No. 6 of 2025).

Act 6 of 2025

The Act amends the Social Security Act 1991 (Cth) to make provision for the payment of different rates for disability support pension recipients aged under 21, depending on their circumstances. This includes a lower single dependent living at home rate, and a higher independent rate, consisting with longstanding policy and service delivery arrangements.

These amendments have been updated in the Point-in-Time Social Security Service current to 19 February 2025. (NB: Subscription required).
