Optus v ACCC

The Full Federal Court has handed down its decision in Singtel Optus Pty Ltd v Australian Competition and Consumer Commission [2012] FCAFC 20.
The key question was whether there had been misleading and deceptive conduct involved.
The Court found in favour of the appellant and ordered Optus to pay the Commonwealth a penalty of $3,610,000.
